OWNERSHIP OF INTELECTUAL PROPERTY (IP)

We maintain the exclusive rights to utilize, market, and sell our work across all platforms. This encompasses various forms, both digital and print, for personal or commercial purposes. Our photographers are permitted to integrate their creations into their personal or professional portfolios, advertisements, marketing materials, and displays. Furthermore, we retain the prerogative to vend these works in both digital and print formats.

It is vital to acknowledge that the convenience of digital sharing does not supersede intellectual property laws. Unauthorized distribution or use of our copyrighted material, whether for commercial intentions or any other purpose, is strictly prohibited without proper licensing, permission, and appropriate compensation.

We emphasize that the dissemination of our photos to contractors, builders, vendors, agencies, and sub-contractors is not permissible. Those entities seeking to employ our IP must directly obtain licenses from M21 Studios. Any act of reselling our IP is also prohibited.

RE-LICENCING FEES & LEGAL

Should any breach of these terms be identified, we will communicate with you via certified mail. In such instances, you will be invoiced the industry-standard ($175 INCL GST) for the unauthorized use, with a 14-day window for payment. Additionally, failure to comply might result in legal action for Copyright Infringement in the Australian Federal Court. Consequences of such action may include fines, compensatory damages, and legal fees.

Any attempts to replicate, reproduce, manipulate, publish, transmit, project, store, or alter our intellectual property, be it through digital means or otherwise, without our written permission, is strictly prohibited. This extends to combining our images with other materials for any purpose other than the property's marketing and advertising by an authorized licensee.
