Booking Cancellation Policy

The cancellation fee is 50% of the original job.

The fee will be sent as a tax invoice to your email to forward onto the client payable within 7 days, or will be attached to the tax invoice for when the job is re-booked in as a cancellation fee.

Examples of what a cancellation fee may cost:

Job Total: $550 | Cancellation fee is: $275.00

Job Total: $330 | Cancellation fee is: $165.00

By booking in a job with M21 Studios by phone call, email, text message or any other nature you are automatically agreeing to these terms and conditions.

To avoid being charged a cancellation fee, clients must provide M21 Studios with a written notice of cancellation via email at least 24-hours prior to the scheduled booking time during business days and hours.

Saturday and Sundays are not included as part of the notice period.

Why do M21 Studios charge a cancellation fee?

It’s important to understand when booking in a job with M21 Studios they are obtaining a dedicated time slot that isn't readily replaceable on short notice. When a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the booking, it creates a void in the photographer's schedule that's challenging to fill swiftly. This results in lost business opportunities and the potential for scheduling clashes.

While we acknowledge that unforeseen situations can emerge, clients should grasp the consequences of canceling a booking within 24 hours. Offering as much notice as feasible is essential to mitigate disturbances to both the photographers' timetable and their business operations.
