Please select one of the following options. Please note that properties requiring key collection that are more than 15 kilometers away from your office will incur a $30 (inc GST) key charge to compensate for travel time and fuel costs.

Keys are on site in a lock box. (Please provide location and code)

Owner/Tenant will be on site.

I will be in attendance and meet the photographer on site.

Keys can be collected from office. (Fee may apply)

Presentation Agreement

I confirm that the property specified in this booking has been checked and is ready for photographs with no rubbish, building materials, appliances, furniture or clutter that will not impede on the photographers photoshoot and understand that there is a fee of $125 (Incl GST) if the photographer arrives and the property is not ready for photographs.
